This page explains how to delete your LLYLL account and everything we store about it.
1. Open LLYLL and sign in to the account you want to delete. 2. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner. 3. Go to Settings → Account. 4. Tap Delete account. 5. Confirm when prompted. Your account and your content become inaccessible immediately, then we erase them for good within 30 days. Deletion is final: we cannot restore a deleted account. Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
Email contact@llyll.com from the address linked to your LLYLL account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We check that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we erase everything we hold about you, including: - Your account credentials and sign-in identifiers (email address, OAuth identifier, user ID) - Your profile: display name, username, profile photo and account settings - Every video and audio clip you recorded or uploaded - Every project you created, with its concepts, its parts and its finished videos - The clips and parts you contributed to projects created by other people - The invitations you sent or received, including links and QR codes - The contacts you imported or gave us access to - Messages, comments and anything else you submitted in the app - Usage and analytics data linked to your account or your device, and any device identifier tied to it - Diagnostic and crash reports linked to your account - The data our sub-processors hold on our behalf
No personal data. We keep no copy of your content or your sign-in identifiers. We remove the data from our live systems immediately and purge it from our encrypted backups within 30 days. After that, nobody can recover it. The only exception is anonymised analytics data, which can no longer identify you and which we may keep for up to 12 months to improve the service.
If you contributed a clip to someone else's project, we delete that clip from their project too and re-render any finished video without your part. Videos that other users exported or downloaded to their own devices before your request are outside our control, and we cannot recall them.
